We want you to love what you bring home from Birdies. Here's everything you need to know.

In-Store Purchases

Because you had the opportunity to touch, feel, and try on your items in person, in-store purchases are eligible for store credit or exchange within 7 days of purchase. Original receipt required. No cash or card refunds on in-store purchases.

Store credit is issued and will expire one (1) year from the date of issue.

Online Orders

Orders of $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping. 

We know online shopping means you can't try things on first, so we offer a broader return window for website orders. Online purchases may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund to your original form of payment. 

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at shopbirdiesssi@gmail.com with your order number and a note that your return is on its way. Then ship your item to:

Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number and we will make it right.

All Returns Must Be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags attached
  • Accompanied by your receipt or order confirmation

Final Sale- No Returns or Exchanges: Jewelry, food, lingerie, all sale items, and anything customized, personalized, or special-ordered.
